Conversion of Old Granary building brings Morgan Hill’s past alive
Walking down Morgan Hill’s Depot Street, one might think its heyday was over. Empty lots, train tracks, and various incomplete construction projects line the street. Renovation of 1920s granary to new commercial office and retail space.
The Parking area was poured with 6,000 square feet of pervious concrete.
